This year, a few members of Lodge No. 43, representing the First Masonic District, attended the Annual Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society.
Relay For Life is a community-based fundraising event of the American Cancer Society. Each year, more than 5,000 Relay For Life events take place in over twenty countries. It is estimated that Relay For Life events have raised nearly $5 billion to date.
Last year our team, Freemasons for a Cure, raised over $4,000 for the cause. Please consider making a contribution to our team, Relay for Life is a 501 (c)(3) organization, and your donations are tax deductible. To find more information about the Relay for Life, please visit www.cancer.org
This year we fell short of raising $4,000 and managed to raise a noteworthy $1,530. If you’d like to make a donation online, you can still do so by August 1, 2018. Please follow the link below to help us get closer to our goal!
