MESSAGE FROM THE EAST – May 2016
We are very excited to be working in our communities as the weather warms up! The month of May will see Lodge 43 provide road beautification along our stretch of adopted road, Saturday, May 28 at 10:00 am. Please see the Junior Warden for details if you would like to help out. We will also be volunteering with LEADS (Lancaster’s Economic Action for Downtown’s Success) May 15th, with beautification, basket hanging, and planters throughout downtown Lancaster. We hope you will join us for a fun morning of giving back to our community. Meet up is at the Masonic Center at 8:30 AM, to begin at Penn Square at 9:00 AM. We are hoping for 12 or more volunteers. Please see me or the Secretary for details. Also I would like to thank you for your help with our food drive. We have so far donated 125 non-perishable food items to the Water Street Rescue Mission! Please continue to bring items to Lodge; there is a box in the foyer for your donations.
