Brethren, this month we honor our recipients of Gold with an Official Visitation from the District Deputy Grand Master. We will be honoring members who have served this great fraternity for a period of 50, 60, and 70 years! This is quite an accomplishment, and I look forward to being able to preside over such an occasion. I know each one of these men appreciates your sincerest thanks and gratitude for their service.
It is also my pleasure to award our Darryl S. Flinn Scholarships to three worthy students who will be entering and/or returning to college. Please be sure to make these individuals feel welcome as they join us for dinner and fellowship.
On a final note, as we call off from labor for July and August, I ask that you enjoy this opportunity and make the very most of your time away. I look forward to seeing everyone at the Relay for Life and ask that you would consider making a donation to such an honorable cause.
Please Note: We will be having our Annual Summer Social, however, we are looking for a Brother with a nice backyard that would be willing to host the event. Otherwise, we will be renting facilities and informing the membership. We plan on having the Summer Social sometime in August. If interested, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
